Glasgow Business Services-Accounts Asst c19-23k (DOE) poss ACCA Study assistance

In this role you will support the accounts/business services team in a busy UK practice. You will handle accounts preparation for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, and prepare management accounts. You will perform basic tax compliance and VAT returns, liaise with clients in-office and at client premises, and prepare notes on client accounts. UK practice experience is essential; there is training and study support for ACCA.

• Preparation of management accounts (training provided if required)
• Basic tax compliance and VAT returns
• Client liaison in-office and on client premises
• Preparation of meaningful notes on client accounts for review
• Use of IT accounts systems such as Sage

• UK Practice experience essential
• 1.5/2 years+ current or recent accounts preparation/general practice experience
• experience in a UK accountancy firm
