What the job actually is, day to day

Winning new rental business across construction, vacant property and security, and building a pipeline into higher-specification markets: rail, defence, critical national infrastructure, utilities and telecoms.
Managing and growing the existing rental accounts, including a number of partner relationships through which our units reach site.
Pricing rental deals properly, which means understanding what a unit costs us per day, what the market will bear, and where the margin actually comes from.
Owning the pipeline and producing a monthly forecast the business can plan and buy stock against.
Working closely with operations and engineering so that what you sell can actually be delivered and supported.
Regular UK travel, with occasional overnight stays
