Transdev, acteur international implanté à Reims, recherche son Directeur des Ressources Humaines H/F pour piloter le capital humain d’environ 560 collaborateurs et assurer l’alignement avec la politique RH du groupe.
Vous encadrez une équipe de 9 collaborateurs et travaillez en lien étroit avec la Directrice de l’entité, en veillant au dialogue social, au respect des règles et au développement RH et budget.
