pThe Customer Management South EMEA unit, within Gridspertise, is looking for a bClient Manager /b. /p pFounded in 2021 from Enel’s two-decade-long experience in grid digitalization, we are committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation every day. /p pToday, the Gridspertise Group operates globally in Italy, Spain, the Nordic countries, the Netherlands, Latam and beyond. /p pBy providing Grid Edge intelligent solutions, we empower utilities with advanced visibility, control, and automation at the edge, driving transformation across the industry and society. /p pStep into a fast-paced, tech-driven environment where you can contribute to impactful global projects and work with the latest technologies on the market. /p pJoin us and be part of the team that’s revolutionizing smart grids! /p h3What you will do: /h3 pAs Client Manager, you will be responsible for all activities related to: /p ul liAct as primary client contact and trusted advisor for the Turkmenistan project; /li liLead implementation and ongoing management of the Client Delivery Plan; /li liCoordinate internal teams (solutions, manufacturing, system integration, technical support) to ensure smooth contract delivery; /li liMonitor contract performance against KPIs and service levels; initiate corrective actions when needed; /li liTrack, analyze and report contract financials and commercial performance; /li liManage contract compliance, change control, and claims/variation processes; /li liOversee logistics and supply-chain execution for meters and accessories. /li /ul h3Who you are: /h3 pMaster’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related with: /p ul li10+ years’ experience in project or contract management roles, preferably in energy, utilities or large infrastructure projects; /li liProven experience managing smart metering or utility metering deployments is strongly preferred; /li liStrong commercial understanding and experience managing contract economics, risk and claims; /li liExperience in logistics and supply chain management for hardware-intensive rollouts; /li liFamiliarity with IT/digital project delivery (system integration, data architecture, cybersecurity basics); /li liExcellent organizational, stakeholder-management and leadership skills; /li liFluent in English mandatory; Russian language skills required to interface project stakeholders. /li /ul pbNote /b: Willingness to travel regularly in Turkmenistan (up to 50% of the time) and work on-site as required. /p h3What we offer: /h3 ul li2-year fixed-term contract based in Rome, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position thereafter; /li liAnnual salary range: €55,000 - €80,000 (In accordance with the Pay Transparency Directive No. 2023/970); /li liSmart working, corporate welfare including supplemental health care, wellness programs, family and parental caring, benefits, conventions and more. /li /ul pWe are looking for candidates of both sexes - L.903/77 e D.
