Group IT Security Manager

In this role you will translate Bolton's security strategy into practical architectures and controls, guiding cross-functional IT initiatives to reduce risk and enable business transformation. You will lead Zero Trust and secure-access efforts, oversee SOC effectiveness, and drive secure platform standards. You will work with IT teams and security partners to embed security into projects, ensuring clear governance and timely remediation. • Drive Zero Trust and secure-access architecture from design to rollout and handover
• Govern the managed SOC, improve detection, playbooks, escalation, and integration with ITSM
• Assess IT services and changes, prioritise vulnerabilities, and manage security exceptions
• Evolve SIEM/EDR, secure-access, and password-management platforms; maintain hardening standards
• Lead security initiatives, supplier evaluations, and provide visibility through documentation and reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• 5 years in IT/Cyber Security with senior responsibility for technical initiatives or services
• Hands-on SIEM/EDR, managed SOC and incident-response experience
• Experience securing cloud, identity, endpoints, and networks with Zero Trust
• Ability to coordinate IT teams and providers and communicate with international stakeholders
• Excellent Italian and English; Spanish a plus
