Role Description & Technical Scope
GGZ-Delfland zoekt een GZ-psycholoog die regiebehandelaar is voor cliënten binnen Ridder 12 en Ridder 14. Je voert diagnostiek en behandeling uit en stelt in samenspraak met cliënten, naasten en het MDT een behandelplan op, terwijl je de voortgang bewaakt.
Je brengt psychologische expertise in bij complexe casuïstiek en helpt verschillende observaties samen te brengen tot een passende behandelkoers, met focus op herstel en kwaliteit van leven.
