Sales Operations Supervisor

In this role you oversee the sales operations for showroom activities aligned with Brand guidelines. You supervise order execution, product management, space design, and the preparation of showroom campaigns, ensuring that orders meet budget and quality standards. You support campaign budgeting and planning to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets across the customer base. You help develop the reference market and expand the assigned customer portfolio while maintaining strong, trust-based client relationships. You contribute to the sales team's skills through training and stay updated on collections and seasonal projects.

• Oversee correct execution of customer purchase orders in line with budget and brand/product guidance
• Coordinate product management, space design, and showroom sales campaigns
• Support planning of sales campaigns and budgeting to meet quantitative and qualitative targets
• Assist Sales Direction in developing reference market and expanding the customer portfolio
• Evaluate customers to define product assortments aligned with customer type and profits
• Maintain active communication with the network to analyze and report customer complaints and product trends
• Deepen knowledge of the collection and seasonal projects
• Provide training to the sales team on products, customers, and sales techniques

• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
• Proven showroom management experience
• Experience in a luxury environment preferred
• Strong ability to build long-term, trust-based client relationships
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
