Health Care Support Worker

Looking for a Job That Actually Means Something?

At Sunnylives Support Ltd, we’re not just looking for someone to fill a vacancy — we’re looking for the right person to join our team.

Someone who cares. Someone who can make people smile. Someone who understands that the little things can make a very big difference.

We support people to live their lives with choice, independence, confidence and happiness, and we’re looking for people who share that passion.

💛 You don’t need to be a superhero…

But if you’re kind, reliable, patient and genuinely care about people, you could be exactly who we’re looking for.

Experience in care/support is fantastic, but your attitude and values matter just as much. We’re looking for people who will treat the people we support with the same dignity, respect and kindness they would want for someone they love.

Your day could include:

• Supporting someone to become more independent
• Helping with everyday activities and routines
• Getting out into the community
• Supporting hobbies, interests and social activities
• Encouraging people to achieve their personal goals
• Providing practical and emotional support
• And, most importantly, helping someone have a great day

⭐ What we’re looking for

You’ll be someone who is:

• Caring and compassionate
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Positive and enthusiastic
• A good listener
• Respectful of people's choices
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Ready to learn, develop and make a difference

🌈 Why Sunnylives?

Because support work should be about more than completing tasks.

It’s about people, relationships, opportunities and helping individuals live the life they choose.

You’ll become part of a team where what you do matters — and where no two days are quite the same.

Think you could be a Sunnylives person?

We’d love to hear from you.

If you’re looking for a role where you can go home knowing you’ve genuinely made a difference to someone’s day, apply today and come and make a difference with Sunnylives
