MUST HAVE'S

We're looking for someone who is confident, organised and enjoys working with people. You’ll need:

Previous experience in Account Management or customer relationship management

Excellent communication and organisational skills

The ability to analyse reports and confidently interpret data

Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

A professional, proactive and solutions-focused approach

NICE TO HAVE'S

Previous experience within debt collection, credit control or financial services

SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You’ll take ownership of your own portfolio of client accounts, becoming a trusted point of contact and building strong, long-term relationships.

Your day will involve:

Managing and developing a portfolio of client accounts

Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted contact for your clients

Keeping clients up to date with regular performance reports and account updates

Working closely with internal collections teams to ensure client expectations are met

Investigating queries, resolving issues and finding practical solutions

Reviewing account performance and identifying opportunities to improve results

Using data and reporting to understand performance and support client conversations

Supporting client retention and contributing to wider business development activity
