What’s Needed

Previous Site Manager experience on new-build housing projects

SMSTS

CSCS

First Aid

Strong knowledge of health & safety and build quality

Your Role

Managing the day-to-day running of the site

Managing subcontractors and trades

Ensuring plots are delivered to programme

Maintaining health & safety standards

Monitoring build quality and progress
