Project Manager

In this site-based Project Manager role, you’ll lead high-profile commercial refurbishment and fit-out works in Mayfair, ensuring delivery to time, budget, and quality. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and site teams to keep projects on track and safely executed. • Manage commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects from start to completion
• Oversee on-site operations to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Monitor programme performance and address issues proactively
• Ensure high standards of quality throughout the lifecycle
• Chair site meetings and provide progress updates
• Manage health and safety compliance across on-site activities
