Role Description & Technical Scope
Nodi is seeking an Incident Support Associate to help protect payment performance for top merchants across markets. You will monitor local partner performance, identify approval-rate deviations, and coordinate timely incident response. You’ll also improve monitoring and reporting, and reduce manual work through automation.
The role requires strong English and fluent Spanish, with 12-hour weekend shifts and two additional weekday shifts. Hybrid work arrangement in Mexico City area is offered.
