Role Description & Technical Scope

INGUZ zoekt een ervaren HR & Payroll Officer voor een Belgische producent in food & beverages. Je werkt freelance of interim tot eind december 2026 (max 3 dagen/week) en fungeert als de vertrouwde schakel voor arbeiderspayroll en HR-vragen op de werkvloer, in Nederlands en Frans.

Je beheert payrollprocessen, tijdsregistratie en ziekteverzuim, coördineert onboarding en medische checkups, en werkt nauw samen met SD Worx en ProTime.
