**Here's what you'll do during a typical day:**
**Welcome our guests:** Greet guests warmly, manage waitlists and seating, and create a positive first impression
**Keep service running smoothly:** Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure efficient seating and a seamless guest experience
**Prepare the restaurant:** Set and arrange tables for service, including cleaning, resetting tables, and ensuring the dining area looks its best
**Delight our guests:** Assist with guest enquiries and ensure every visitor receives friendly, attentive service
**Ensure cleanliness and safety:** Keep the host stand and restaurant entrance clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
