A&O Shearman a Milano offre uno stage a tempo pieno di 3 mesi all’interno del team Funds & Asset Management e Financial Services Regulatory. La risorsa supporterà attività di ricerca, due diligence, redazione di pareri e contrattualistica su servizi e strumenti finanziari (MiFID II), nonché PSD2, UCITS e AIFMD.
Il candidato ideale ha un percorso di studi eccellente, media ≥ 28/30, ottima conoscenza dell’inglese (C1) e familiarità con strumenti informatici.
