The Facade Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing the installation and maintenance of building facades in Aarhus. This individual must have extensive experience in the field, as well as a strong understanding of construction and design principles. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of building facades, ensuring they meet safety standards and design specifications
• Manage maintenance and repair projects for existing facades
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure proper design and functionality of facades
• Coordinate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or areas in need of repair
• Develop cost estimates for facade projects and manage budgets accordingly
• Train and supervise a team of facade technicians to ensure quality workmanship
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and techniques related to facade installation and maintenance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in facade installation or maintenance
• Strong understanding of construction principles, materials, and techniques related to building facades
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret design specifications
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors
• Experience managing budgets for projects is preferred but not required
• Must be able to work full-time in Aarhus with accommodation provided.
