IAM Engineer
Role Description & Technical Scope
We are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer for a long-term freelance assignment based in Amsterdam.
The role will focus on the implementation, integration and support of enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions within a complex international environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support IAM solutions
- Manage identity lifecycle processes, including joiners, movers and leavers
- Configure provisioning, access requests and approval workflows
- Integrate applications, directories, databases and cloud platforms
- Support RBAC, access reviews and access governance processes
- Develop and maintain connectors, scripts and API integrations
- Troubleshoot IAM incidents and support production environments
- Contribute to upgrades, migrations and platform improvements
- Produce technical documentation and work with security, infrastructure and application teams
- Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
- Working model: Hybrid
- Contract: Freelance

Required Experience
- At least five years of experience in IAM, IGA or PAM
- Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, APIs and enterprise applications
- Good understanding of provisioning, identity lifecycle management and access governance
- Experience with scripting or development languages such as Java, PowerShell or Python
- Professional working proficiency in English
Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, Saviynt, One Identity or similar platforms would be advantageous.
