Role Description & Technical Scope
Nexthink busca un Senior IAM Lead en Madrid para impulsar la estrategia de identidad y la excelencia operativa. Liderarás un equipo de ingenieros para gobernanza, RBAC, y control de acceso a la empresa, trabajando con SOX, ISO 27001 y SOC 2.
El rol se desempeña en un entorno híbrido y se centrará en normativas, implementación de contraseñas sin fricción y MFA sin phishing, además de gobernanza para SoD y aplicaciones clave como Workday y Salesforce.
