Role Description & Technical Scope
SITS | Traxion seeks a New Business Development Manager IAM in the Benelux region to own the sales journey end-to-end—from strategy to deal closure—while partnering with Delivery and Pre-Sales. You’ll win new logos, drive the full sales cycle, and position our IAM value proposition, ensuring growth across local and international clients with a hybrid setup in Waardenburg.
Fluency in Dutch and English and 5+ years in B2B IT sales are required. Availability: 32–40h/week; flexible hours.
