Role Description & Technical Scope
Reply Group is creating a new Identity and Access Management unit in Katowice, Poland. You will build and lead the team from scratch, connect with the Düsseldorf team, and drive delivery across multiple client engagements.
You will recruit, mentor, and develop IAM consultants, manage budgets and timelines, and work in an agile, collaborative global environment. The role combines leadership with hands-on delivery, with opportunities for training and language courses.
