All About Work zoekt een ervaren Programmamanager IAM om een integrale IAM-roadmap te ontwikkelen en te besturen in een complexe omgeving. Je vertaalt bedrijfsbehoeften naar concrete acties en legt verantwoording en mijlpalen vast met betrokkenen op IT, OT en klantniveau.
Je rapporteert aan de IAM Stuurgroep en bewaakt de voortgang, risico’s en resultaten, met sterke focus op governance, auditafhandeling en stakeholdermanagement in een hoogdynamische setting.
