YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct access reviews and analysis of application security and user access management.
• Analyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions and recommend actions based on business requirements.
• Engage, collaborate, and facilitate dialogues with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers to gather information and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Work with RACF/IAM subject matter experts to formulate suggestions for actions and mitigations.
• Facilitate onboarding to SailPoint IIQ or cleanup of access groups, user access, and service accounts.
• Support project discussions to resolve conflicting requirements, prioritize efforts, and manage scope changes.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User Admin in SailPoint IIQ .
• Strong understanding of applications and Identity Access Management (IAM) .
• Self-driven, motivated , and with a collaborative mindset .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .
