GIFRER recherche un(e) Responsable RH et Administration pour piloter le cycle de vie du personnel et les services généraux. Vous assurez le recrutement, la formation et le reporting social, tout en gérant les aspects administratifs quotidiens dans un cadre BPF strict.
Rattaché(e) à la Directrice RH, vous coordonnez l onboarding, la paie, les visites médicales et le suivi des indicateurs RH, avec un équilibre travail/teletravail et des avantages sociaux attractifs.
