Role Description & Technical Scope
83zero Ltd is seeking an experienced IAM Service Lead for a senior role within a complex hybrid IAM environment. The role is UK-wide, based from the nearest base location, offering up to £100K plus a 5% bonus. BPSS clearance is required, and candidates must be UK-based.
You'll own the IAM service, collaborating with service leadership, governance, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, manage KPIs/SLA, and lead transitions, knowledge transfer, and risk/issues mitigation.
