<p class="text-muted mb-3">I'm currently recruiting for an experienced IAM Service Lead for a senior opportunity within a complex hybrid IAM environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The key priority for this role is strong operational IAM service leadership and ownership within a live BAU environment. The hiring team is looking for someone who has experience running and managing day-to-day IAM services, overseeing operational service delivery, managing performance and resolving service issues - rather than a profile focused primarily on IAM architecture, programme delivery or transformation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You'll take ownership of IAM service delivery within a live operational environment, ensuring services run effectively while leading service performance, governance, stakeholder management and continuous improvement.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Managing operational service delivery, performance and service-related issues</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">KPI/SLA management, reporting and service improvement</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">IAM Service Design and Target Operating Model</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Leading service transition, knowledge transfer and shadowing</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Stakeholder, risk and issue management</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Driving continuous service improvement and maintaining effective service governance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What we're looking for</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We're looking for someone with proven operational IAM service leadership experience in a hybrid environment, who has taken ownership of live IAM services and understands the realities of running them day to day within BAU.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You should be able to demonstrate:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Direct ownership of operational IAM services in a BAU environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience leading day-to-day IAM service delivery and managing service performance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong IAM service management, stakeholder engagement and governance capabilities</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to manage operational issues, SLAs/KPIs and continuous improvement</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A broad technical understanding across IGA | MFA | SSO | PAM | PKI</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience with MIM, Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta or BeyondTrust would be highly desirable.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You don't need to be hands-on across every technology, but you must have sufficient technical understanding to lead the service confidently and, most importantly, demonstrate genuine operational ownership of IAM services.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is not primarily an IAM architecture, solution design or programme management role. The focus is on someone who has actually led and operated IAM services in a live BAU environment, alongside broader governance and service leadership responsibilities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Candidates must be eligible for BPSS.</p>
