IAM Transformation Lead: Build Production Platform
Role Description & Technical Scope
N-iX is seeking an experienced IAM Lead to design, implement and operate a federated IAM program across portfolio companies. You will own the Target Operating Model and governance, and lead a small delivery team to bring the platform into production.
You will drive policy alignment (ISO 27001, DORA), manage the implementation partner and internal stakeholders, and report progress to the steering committee. English is mandatory; Spanish a plus. Flexible work options are available.
