Role Description & Technical Scope
Our end client in the Lombardy region of Italy seeks a fluent English-speaking Global SAP HRIS Manager (SuccessFactors) to own the SAP SF suite and related HR technology landscape.
You will collaborate with HR, IT and leadership to standardize processes, drive automation, ensure compliance (GDPR) and deliver scalable HR solutions across the globe. The role requires strong project management, change leadership and stakeholder engagement.
