My client is driving a major digital transformation across their vendor portal and marketplace – and they’re looking for an experienced Digital Product Lead to take ownership of delivery, roadmap, and evolution of these platforms.

This is a pivotal role sitting between product, engineering, commercial, and vendor teams , translating strategy into real, measurable outcomes.

You’ll guide the journey, flow, and value creation across a fast-evolving digital ecosystem — not pixel-level design (that’s handled by a third-party design partner), but the bigger-picture product experience .

What you’ll do

• Define and deliver the product roadmap for marketplace and vendor experiences.
• Partner with outsourced development teams to govern build, migration, and delivery quality.
• Validate and challenge design direction at a strategic level — focusing on user journeys and overall flow.
• Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to align priorities and deliver business value.
• Shape and manage backlog, sequencing, and outcomes using Azure DevOps (or similar tools).
• Balance short-term platform stability with long-term transformation and experience improvements.
• Track and report measurable KPIs, adoption, and benefit realisation.

What we’re looking for

• Proven background as a Senior Product Manager / Product Lead in digital transformation, marketplace, or ecommerce environments.
• Strong experience managing third-party / outsourced development partners .
• Excellent stakeholder engagement across technical and commercial functions.
• Commercially minded – able to link product decisions directly to revenue, cost, or efficiency impact.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopware is highly desirable, given a short transition window.
• Agile mindset with experience using Azure DevOps, Jira , or similar enterprise tools.
