  • Takesordersfromcustomersinatimely,professionalandfriendlymanner.
  • Mixesingredientssuchasliquor,soda,water,sugar,andbitterstopreparecocktailsandotherdrinksaccordingtoBeverageRecipes.
  • Servesalcoholic&non-alcoholicbeveragesaccordingtodefinedstandards.
  • Ensuresthattheguestispresentedwiththecorrectorderandthatalldrinksarepreparedandservedasagreedinthestandardoperatingprocedures.
  • Maintainsacompleteknowledgeofcocktails,beveragesandwinestoadvisetheguestsandcolleagueswhennecessary.
  • CollectsmoneyfordrinksservedandprocessfinancialtransactionsaccordingtoJumeirahcashieringprocedures.
  • EnsuresthatallstockisestablishedasperparlevelsandstoredaccordingtotheFoodHygieneStandards.
  • Undertakesopening,closing&cleaningtasksasdetailedonchecklists.
  • Maintainsaccurateandup-to-datetemperaturerecordsforallfridgeunitswithinthebarwhilstonduty.

Theidealcandidateforthispositionwillhavethefollowingexperienceandqualifications:

  • Aminimumof1yearbartendingexperienceinaluxuryhospitalitybrand
  • ProficientinItalianandfluentinEnglish,athirdlanguagewouldbeanaddedadvantage
  • Knowledgeonalcoholpairingandtaste
  • Foodandalcoholhandlingcertifications
