Role Description & Technical Scope
A hands-on Site Manager is required for a 72-week mezzanine floor project within a critical environment on a business park in Bristol.
This role requires strong site management experience, SMSTS certification and the ability to meet SC clearance
requirements.
The Role
As the Site Manager, you'll:
Provide hands-on site management throughout the 72-week project.
Oversee works associated with the construction of a mezzanine floor.
Manage day-to-day site activities within a critical environment.
Support safe and effective delivery throughout the construction programme.
About You
To be successful as the Site Manager, you'll have:
Previous experience managing construction works on site.
A hands-on approach to day-to-day site management.
Current SMSTS certification.
Experience working within critical environments would be advantageous.
The ability to meet the required SC clearance
requirements. What's in it for You?
£300–£400 per hour.
72-week contract.
Monday-to-Friday working pattern.
