Residential Property Paralegal

Gerrard White is working with a progressive, commercially successful law firm with a strong reputation in the West Sussex are with a friendly culture and a real focus on client care. They're looking for an experienced paralegal to join their close-knit Property Department, which covers both Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property.

The role

You'll support fee earners across the whole department, helping keep matters moving and files in order. It's a client-facing role, so you'll be dealing with clients and third parties regularly. You'll also help make sure files meet the firm's internal procedures and Lexicon standards, and pick up general secretarial duties.

What you'll need

• Experience as a paralegal in a residential property team within a solicitor's office
• Strong secretarial, admin and IT skills, and comfort working in a paper-light or paperless environment
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Good organisation and the ability to juggle tasks, work independently and support the wider team
• Accuracy and attention to detail under pressure
