Role Description & Technical Scope
Accare zoekt een teammanager Intensieve Zorg in Smilde om leiding te geven aan de behandelaren van KINGS en ADO en aan het Skills4You-team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteit, continuïteit en doelmatigheid van de zorg en werkt volgens de filosofie Samen Sturen.
Naast supervisie en coaching stuur je ontwikkeling van teams aan, met aandacht voor eigenaarschap en samenwerking. Een balans tussen structuur en vertrouwen staat centraal in deze uitdagende functie.
