About you

We would like to recruit an experienced lawyers who preferably will possess significant experience in property disputes. Ideally you will have expertise in right to manage and enfranchisement in particular of large blocks of flats as well as boundary disputes, lease extensions, landlord/tenant disputes, adverse possession, dilapidations and break notices.

You must be familiar with running and managing your own case with appropriate supervision.

Excellent communication skills are essential, together with an ability to develop relationships with clients and influence people at all levels. You will be required to take part in and initiate marketing, networking, and other business development activities to maintain and develop work from both existing and potential clients.
