Overview

We're looking for an experienced Operations and Insights Partner to join a major retailer to manage project plans and work closely with range planning teams.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage project plans and critical paths to keep range change activity on track
• Coordinate stakeholders and meetings across multiple business teams
• Prepare governance packs, reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Track actions, risks and approvals to ensure decisions are followed through
• Analyse data and produce insights to support planning and decision-making
• Improve processes through automation and AI tools to reduce manual administration

Skills & Experience

• Experience working in an operations and insights position for a retail organisation
• Project coordination experience managing plans, timelines and multiple workstreams
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to work across different teams
• Reporting and data analysis skills using Excel and business reporting tools
• Governance and administration experience preparing meetings, actions and reports
• Process improvement mindset with experience streamlining ways of working
• Excellent organisation and communication skills with strong attention to detail

Contract Package
