Green Life is expanding its team and looking for a Ukrainian-speaking Financial Manager.

Green Life is an international real estate developer with over 50 years of experience in residential projects on the Costa del Sol.

We are looking for a specialist who will be responsible for:

• Budgeting and financial control
• Preparing financial models and forecasts
• Planning and monitoring cash flow
• Preparing management reports
• Controlling project expenses and financial metrics
• Conducting variance (plan-vs-actual) analysis
• Liaising with the CFO, banks, accountants, and project teams

Key requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• Proven experience in the finance sector
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Analytical mindset, systematic approach, and strong attention to detail
• Fluency in Ukrainian
• Knowledge of English and/or Spanish is a strong advantage
