Your Role

As Commercial Performance Intern, you will be part of our Commercial Planning Department in Philip Morris Italia, supporting the team in monitoring commercial performance, analysing business results, and contributing to the development of KPIs, dashboards, and incentive programs. You will work closely with different stakeholders across the organization, helping transform data into actionable insights that support business decisions and field execution.

What You’ll Do

• Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of commercial KPIs and performance frameworks.
• Analyze business performance data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and performance-monitoring tools.
• Support the execution and tracking of sales incentive and engagement programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data, generate insights, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the team in implementing AI agents to simplify analysis and speed up internal processes

Skills & Capabilities

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
• Literacy in Office Suite, especially MS Excel and Power Point.
• Fluency in English and in Italian.
• Strong analytical and willingness to work with data and insights.
• Focus oriented mindset and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of PowerBI & AI tools (Chat GPT prompting) is a plus.

Rewards & Benefits

• We offer a Internship of 6 months length, full time.
• For this position, you will receive a monthly allowance of €900.

The expected start date for this Internship is November 2026.
