Edflex recherche un·e People Officer pour un remplacement d’environ 8 mois, rattaché(e) au VP People & Impact. Vous serez l’entrée RH des équipes en France et à l’international (Milan, Miami, Montréal) et contribuerez aux projets People avec autonomie dès les premières semaines.
Vous piloterez le recrutement et l’onboarding, animerez Academy et le plan de développement des compétences, et sécuriserez la vie administrative (contrats, entrées/sorties, paie) tout en renforçant la marque
