Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Provide clear, practical advice and training to staff on health and safety practices.

Maintain accurate records of safety audits, training sessions, and incident reports.

A successful Health and Safety Advisor should have:

Experience in health and safety roles within industrial or manufacturing environments.

A strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance

requirements.

Relevant health and safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).

Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with staff at all levels.

A proactive approach to identifying and addressing safety risks.
