Role Description & Technical Scope
Emplyfy is seeking an IT Engineer to join a fast-paced MSP in Greater London. You will be the first point of contact, attending customer sites to troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and manage incidents while keeping SLAs.
Strong background in Cyber Essentials, GDPR, Office 365, Intune, RMM, and networking is essential, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will support Windows Server , Azure, Windows 10/11, and Mac environments, with imaging and client builds
