Role Description & Technical Scope
Rexel France recherche un Directeur de Centre de Relation Client et d’Expertise basé à Rennes (35). Vous pilotez une équipe de technico-commerciaux sédentaires et déployez la stratégie commerciale auprès des clients intégrateurs.
Vous encadrez le recrutement, fixez les objectifs, assurez la formation, sécurisez les prix et optimisez l’expérience client tout en développant les ventes et les actions sortantes. Le poste prévoit 1 jour de télétravail par semaine et un package attractif.
