Role Description & Technical Scope

Runwood Homes Limited is seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader to supervise a team of Care Assistants and deliver high-quality, person-centred care across our UK homes. You will ensure accurate records, smooth communication, and close collaboration with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager.

Experience in dementia care and strong leadership are essential, while an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous. All appointments require safeguarding checks and DBS clearance.
