IT Security Specialist

Job Description

Join our Identity & Access Operations team where you will manage critical security infrastructure across multiple platforms. You will contribute to strengthening Danske Bank's cyber security defenses while working with cutting-edge technologies. This role offers varied, interesting tasks with opportunities for professional development.

What You Will Be Doing

As part of our 25-person global team spanning Lithuania, India, and Denmark, you will work independently on essential security operations. You will collaborate with colleagues across time zones and support internal users whilst maintaining the highest security standards. Your work directly contributes to protecting our banking infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations for thousands of users.

• Manage internal crypto key and certificate administration


• Handle external crypto key and certificate management with third parties


• Administer internal MitID Business (LocalIdP) systems


• Provide technical support to internal users of MitID Business


• Work with certificates in RACF on mainframe environments


• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation


• Participate in internal and external audit processes

About You

• Very systematic and focused approach to work


• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities


• Good collaboration skills across teams and locations


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


• Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset


• Fluent in Danish and English both verbally and in writing

Mainframe knowledge and previous experience working with certificates would be valuable additions to your profile.
