Role Description & Technical Scope
Stayforlong, headquartered in Barcelona, is seeking a proactive People & Talent professional to own end-to-end recruitment for our business teams and to partner with managers across the employee journey. This role also drives the HRIS transition to Revolut People and helps design AI-enabled workflows to streamline HR tasks.
You will shape management development, track KPIs, and contribute to onboarding, performance cycles, and retention.
