Role Description & Technical Scope
Salary: £15,500 - 35,500 per year
Requirements
- Live in the West Midlands
- Be aged 19 or over
- Earn below the gross annual wage cap of £34,194 (West Midlands)
- Not currently undertaking any other government‑funded training
- Not in the UK on a student, graduate, postgraduate or sponsorship visa, or as a dependent of someone who is
Responsibilities
- Learn to set up and maintain secure networks
- Configure and integrate desktop and mobile devices
- Apply cloud security and disaster recovery methods
- Understand IT systems, legislation, and business operations
- Participate in high‑impact employability workshops
- Access six months of online employability courses
- Receive ongoing career support

The course lasts for 13 weeks, with classes scheduled from Monday to Thursday from 6 PM to 9 PM, and includes additional benefits such as employability workshops and extensive career support.
