Role Description & Technical Scope
Conrad Consulting is recruiting an Assistant Commercial Manager to support the commercial delivery of a major infrastructure programme.
This role will suit a commercially focused professional with at least five years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of NEC3 contracts.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting contract administration and payment processes.
Assisting with change management and commercial reporting.
Monitoring contractual obligations and commercial risks.
Working with project and site teams to support effective delivery.
Requirements
Five or more years of relevant commercial experience.
Good knowledge of NEC3 contracts.
Understanding of payment, change control and contract administration.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
The role requires approximately three days per week on site in Suffolk
