Role Description & Technical Scope
Stoïk is expanding in Spain and seeks a Customer Success Manager who is cyber-savvy and business-driven to build strong relationships with clients and brokers in Spain. You’ll coordinate with Cyber Sales, Product, and Tech teams to deliver a seamless experience and drive cross-sell initiatives.
In this role you’ll own onboarding, adoption of Stoïk Protect, and ongoing success, while identifying opportunities to expand services and maximize client lifetime value.
