Commercial Contract Administration Manager

Reading | Up to £90,000 + Car/Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

We are urgently seeking a Commercial Contracts Administration Manager to join a growing construction business that manaufactures bespoke building products .

This is a office-based role, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Sales, Design, Production and Project Management teams, as well as major housebuilders and principal contractors.

The role will focus heavily on contract review, commercial risk, negotiation and contract management, from pre-contract through to project delivery.

Key responsibilities

Review and negotiate construction contracts and T&Cs.

Identify and manage commercial and contractual risk.

Manage project budgets, procurement and financial controls.

Manage variations and contract administration.

Provide commercial reporting and advice to the Senior Leadership Team.

Liaise with Sales, Design, Production and Project Management to ensure contractual

requirements are delivered.

Manage commercial relationships with customers and contractors.

About you

You should have 5+ years' construction sector experience, strong contract knowledge, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to negotiate and manage commercial issues.
