You will oversee Bluewater restaurant, Indulge, IRD and banquets, and supervise food production staff to maintain quality and cost standards. /ppResponsibilities include inventory, pricing, cost controls, staff training, and ensuring staffing levels, sanitation, safety, and presentation meet the highest standards.
