Groupe E.Leclerc recherche un Responsable SCAFEL pour piloter une équipe nationale d’animateurs/formateurs et assurer le déploiement de la stratégie SCAFEL dans les magasins et drives.
Vous encadrez, formez et évaluez les collaborateurs, coordonnez les plannings et assurez le recrutement et l’intégration. Les déplacements nationaux et le reporting KPI feront partie intégrante de vos responsabilités.
