We are currently recruiting for a Plant/Machine Operator to join our clients busy team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to develop their career within a leading production business.

As a Plant/Machine Operator,

you will play a key role in ensuring grading, packing, and dispatching efficiently while meeting all customer quality specifications, food safety

requirements, and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out grading line start-up checks and ensure equipment is ready for production.

Print and distribute daily production plans to relevant departments.

Monitor staff compliance with company procedures, food safety, and health & safety standards.

Ensure the grading area is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation.

Set up and prepare grading jobs on company systems, ensuring all parameters align with production plans.

Monitor product quality, sizing, packaging, and customer specifications throughout production.

Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain standards and make adjustments where required.Essential

Good communication skills.

Good level of English.

Strong numerical and mathematical ability.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
